Reda DJAOUAHDOU Professor of Economic Sciences, specializing in finance, auditing, and corporate governance. He holds a PhD in Economic Sciences, obtained in 2007 from Badji Mokhtar-Annaba University, where he explored the theme of corporate valuation in the context of privatization. He later obtained his university habilitation (HDR) in 2009, allowing him to supervise advanced research. His academic career was further strengthened by obtaining the professorship in Economic Sciences in 2014, solidifying his expertise and role in academic training and research. Throughout his career, Reda DJAOUAHDOU has held several leadership positions, including Head of Department, Vice-Dean, and Vice-Rector at Badji Mokhtar-Annaba University. In parallel with his academic commitments, he has undertaken audit and consultancy missions for numerous companies and public institutions. He is also an expert trainer in local finance for the Ministry of the Interior and has contributed to international cooperation projects, particularly with the European Union. As a researcher, he has published several scientific articles and books on governance, accounting, finance, and business digitalization. He has also participated in numerous international conferences in Algeria, Europe, and the Middle East.
