Oualid GHELLOUDJ has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering in the field of Fracture Mechanics. Currently, he is working at Badji Mokhtar - University Annaba, in Algeria as Associate professor. I had 10 years' experience at the Research Center in Industrial Technologies (CRTI), during this period I participated in two research projects with socio-economic impact and six national academic research projects. In addition, I was a Division Director of material properties and a member of the CRTI's scientific council. I also have 5 years of experience in industrial Oil & Gas within In Salah Gas (Joint Venture: Sonatrach, BP & Statoil), with different positions (Manager Shutdown, Field Mechanical Engineer, TAR & Maint Material Supervisor ...). Our research work mainly covers the following areas: - Teaching and trainer within the Badji Mokhtar University and National Higher School of Technologies and Engineering Annaba (Science of materials, strength of materials, polymers materials, teaching methods, Student projects, ...). - Research work focuses on the application of fracture mechanics techniques to problems related to the maintenance and safety of pipelines with corrosion defects, metallurgical characterization of materials, stress effects, damage analysis, and also problems linked to the damage of polymers such as HDPE, PA .... etc. - Industrial-wide training and expertise (continuous training in production plants, innovation, expert research, problem-solving, audits, Environmental effects, Reliability analysis, and Failure analysis…).
