Résumé: According to the data on global tourism, both internal and external, the tourism industry has become one of the largest industries in the world if not the largest ever. Tourism plays a vital role in the economies of the country, acting as a significant source of economic growth and employment. Algeria has the potentialities required for tourism development but it occupies poor position in the list of the best targeted destinations for tourism in North Africa and more generally in the African continent. Despite the Algerian government’s claim to make the tourism sector a priority, the country’s tourism industry is still almost inexistent. According to the Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Report in 2015 Algeria only ranked at the 132nd place out of 140 countries in terms of travel and tourism competitiveness. Résumé: يشكل نظام الوقف أحد ركائز الاقتصاد الاسلامي وذلك من خلال مساهمته في دفع عجلة التنمية وعلاجه للعديد من المشاكل على غرار مشكلة البطالة والفقر وتحقيق العديد من الاحتياجات لأفراد المجتمع، والجزائر كغيرها من الدول الاسلامية ساهم فيها الوقف ولا يزال في تحقيق التنمية بأبعادها المختلفة منذ العهد العثماني والى غاية يومنا هذا.

Résumé: في ظل الانهيارات الحادة لأسعار البترول في أسواق النفط العالمية خلال فترات متقاربة نسبيا وانعكاساتها على الاقتصاد الجزائري، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض التطورات التاريخية للأزمات النفطية مع التركيز على أزمة 2014 م وتداعياتها على المؤشرات الاقتصادية في الجزائر وتقييم مختلف التدابير والسياسات المتبعة من السلطات الجزائرية لاحتواء الأزمة مع التركيز على تحسين المناخ الاستثماري بهدف جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي كأحد الخيارات الاستراتيجية لخلق اقتصاد متنوع.
