Résumé: The study aims to shed light on Algeria's role in supporting the economy and development in Africa through investment projects undertaken by Algeria within the framework of the New Partnership for Africa's Development project. It is considered one of the most important development initiatives in the African continent, and it aims to link Africa to the global economy. Algeria is considered one of the countries that has the merit of making this initiative a success. The study seeks to explore this initiative and its mechanisms of action, and to analyze Algeria's role in the NEPAD initiative. The study concluded that the NEPAD initiative has achieved many projects but despite this, there are still several challenges facing the success of this initiative, which requires more work and will to make NEPAD a comprehensive development initiative in Africa.

Résumé: This study aims to analyze the role of social media in promoting virtual political mobilization among citizens, and how they contribute to shaping cyber public opinion that can be effective in the political decision-making process. Using a descriptive analytical approach, it highlights the mechanisms used by these networks to stimulate political participation and raise political awareness among individuals. It also highlights the most prominent challenges facing the effectiveness of this cyber public opinion. The study concludes that social media represents an alternative space for political dialogue and popular participation, contributing to the creation of collective political awareness, particularly among young people

Résumé: يعتبر الموقع الجغرافي للدولة من أهم مقومات قوتها، لهذا شغلت الدراسات المتعلقة بالجيوبولتيك حيزا هاما لدى باحثي العلاقات الدولية، و من أهم المقومات الجيوبوليتيكية للدولة المضايق و الممرات البحرية، حيث تعتبر البحار و المحيطات كمنافذ بحرية تربط الدولة بجيرانها، و بالعالم الخارجي، و اكتسبت هذه المنافذ أهمية خاصة في ربط الدولة بالأسواق الخارجية، ولكن ليس كل الدول تمتلك منافذ بحرية، فهناك العديد من الدول غير ساحلية أو تعرف بأنها دول حبيسة، و هذه الدول تتوزع عبر أربع قارات و أكثرها يتواجد في إفريقيا
