Résumé: This paper aims to examine the role of the Syrian Virtual University (SVU) as a pioneering Arab model in promoting digital entrepreneurship among its students by analyzing its academic programs and mechanisms that support digital entrepreneurial initiatives. The findings reveal that SVU has significantly contributed to developing an innovation-oriented digital environment by integrating entrepreneurship concepts into e-learning. However, technical and structural challenges still require greater cooperation between educational institutions and the private sector to achieve full synergy in building a digitally entrepreneurial generation.
Résumé: among medical staff during the corona pandemic-19.For this purpose, a descriptive and analytical approach was used in reviewing the literature,and then a questionnaire was distributed to an appropriate sample of 50 doctors .Data were analyzed with an (spss,ver 20) software , using different methods and statistical tests. The study concluded that the medical staff prossessing sufficient beliefs to solve evidence based practices in their tasks. Thus, simulating successful experiences in (E.B.P) were suggested in health institution, to encourage clinicians to generate new ideas.
Résumé: The study aims to identify the theoretical concepts of social responsibility and its four dimensions represented by (the social and environmental dimension, the economic dimension, the legal dimension and the ethical dimension). As well as social responsibility audit as a new emerging term. By reviewing the theoretical literature based on the descriptive and analytical approach and then extracting the reality of social accountability auditing in (PSA) and (TNB).using the content analysis method by examining the annual reports of the two companies. The study achieved a set of results, including: the existence of a clear strategy for social audit, the submission of the audit process to two types of internal and external auditors, and the two companies realizing that the sustainability goes through the development of Human Resources. Based on these results, we suggested expanding the audit process to include the social aspect of social responsibility, in particular, the increased interest in human resource development, as well as conducting more research. Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الحوكمة الإلكترونية كألية لمكافحة الفساد الإداري، كونها تعد وسيلة فعالة في العصر الرقمي تقوم على استخدام التكنولوجيا لتحسين أساليب إدارة المؤسسات وتعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة، حيث أنه من خلال تنظيم وتحسين سير العمل الإلكتروني يتسنى للمؤسسات تحقيق مستويات أعلى من النزاهة. إذ تتيح الأدوات والتقنيات الإلكترونية تسجيل ورصد القرارات والأنشطة بشكل دقيق، وهذا يقلل من فرص الفساد ويسهم في إنشاء بيئة فعالة للرقابة بالإضافة إلى ذلك تسهم في تعزيز التفاعل وتبادل المعلومات بين الجهات المختلفة مما يزيد من فعالية الرصد ويقلل من الفجوات التي قد تشجع على الفساد. ركزت الدراسة على تجربة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كنموذجا ناجحا في إستخدام الحوكمة الإلكترونية كوسيلة للحد من الفساد الإداري، حيث تتبنى دولة الإمارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بشكل واسع في مؤسساتها الحكومية مما سهم في تحسين فعالية الإدارة وتعزيز الشفافية. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والمقترحات من بينها: أن دولة الإمارات قامت بتنفيذ مشاريع حكومية إلكترونية متقدمة، مثل مشروع "الحكومة الذكية"، الذي يهدف إلى توفير خدمات حكومية عبر الإنترنت بشكل مباشر للمواطنين والمؤسسات وقد أسهمت في تقليل الفجوات التي تعتبر مصدرا للفساد، كما أن الحوكمة الإلكترونية في الإمارات لعبت دورا مهما في تحقيق النزاهة والشفافية في الإدارة الحكومية مما ينعكس إيجابا على التنمية المستدامة وتقوية الثقة بين المواطنين والحكومة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوكمة، الحوكمة الإلكترونية، الفساد الإداري، الإمارات العربية المتحدة
Résumé: The present research paper aimed at identifying the extent to which the knowledge creation process contributes to the achievement of organizational excellence through its four dimensions (Strategy Excellence, Employees Excellence, leadership excellence, and culture excellence). In order to achieve the objective of this research, Greater Amman Municipality's (GAM) Experience; King Abdullah II Award for Excellence (KAIIAE) winner, was selected as a case study. The results indicated that there was a correlation between the two variables, and that there were a clear knowledge creation strategy to achieve excellence, an initiativesupportive leadership, and a participatory culture in the organization. Clearly, it was suggested that rewards not be linked to sharing (KS). It was also suggested that organizations hold training workshops continuously and instill a continuous learning culture. Résumé: The present paper aims at defining the role of Lean Management and its dimensions sensing agility, decision-making agility and acting/practicing agility in achieving change by moving towards e-learning. In order to achieve the aims set, a sample comprised of public and private universities in the GCC countries was selected as well as both; deductive and descriptive-analytical approaches were used. The study showed theoretical and practical relevance between the variables. Also, the present paper concluded with a set of results, most notably e-learning readiness of universities by possessing a greater technological structure and a rapid change in organizational culture by responding to the e-learning pattern as well as institutional support that can be provided by other institutions, such as, health and communications institutions, for universities. In light of the findings, numbers of proposals were made to strengthen the technological infrastructure and move towards blended learning as a future option as well as seek to document the e-learning experience during the Corona virus (COVID- 19) pandemic to benefit from it in similar crisis events. Résumé: The research paper aims to shed light on the applications of artificial intelligence in smart agriculture, with a focus on how its various technologies contribute to improving crop management, optimizing resource consumption, and developing environmentally friendly agricultural practices, in order to achieve a qualitative shift toward green growth. This study adopted both the deductive and analytical approaches through a case study of the AgriEdge platform, which provides intelligent analytical tools to support farmers' decision-making, and the Ecorobotix company, which has developed innovative agricultural robots that reduce the use of chemical pesticides. The study concluded that artificial intelligence is a pivotal pillar in the transition toward smart and sustainable agriculture, and that its various technologies contribute to reducing both environmental and economic costs.Based on these findings, the study recommends: Enhancing investment in smart solutions to accelerate the transition toward sustainable agriculture, Providing training and capacity-building programs for farmers, Encouraging scientific research and development in the field of smart agriculture.
Résumé: L'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle en marketing permet d'améliorer l'efficacité du travail marketing et de fournir des informations puissantes pour prendre des décisions éclairées et déterminer des stratégies marketing ciblées. Elle permet également de mieux cibler les clients potentiels, d'améliorer le service client, de suivre le comportement des clients, d'améliorer les publicités et leur optimisation. timing et préparation dynamique des prix des produits. Résumé: The study aims to explore e-governance as a mechanism to combat administrative corruption, considering it an effective tool in the digital age that utilizes technology to enhance institutional management methods, promote transparency, and ensure accountability. Through organizing and improving electronic workflows, institutions can achieve higher levels of integrity. Electronic tools and technologies enable precise recording and monitoring of decisions and activities, reducing opportunities for corruption and creating an efficient environment for oversight. The study focuses on the successful experience of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in using e-governance as a means to curb administrative corruption. The UAE has extensively adopted information and communication technology in its government institutions, contributing to improved administrative efficiency and transparency. The study reveals several findings and recommendations, including the UAE's implementation of advanced e-government projects, such as the "Smart Government," which aims to provide online government services directly to citizens and organizations. This has contributed to narrowing gaps that could be sources of corruption. Additionally, e-governance in the UAE has played a crucial role in achieving honesty and transparency in government administration, positively impacting sustainable development and strengthening trust between citizens and the government. Résumé: This study aims to highlight cognitive creativity in Saudi universities, in light of the efforts made by the Saudi Ministry of Education through its research and innovation system as part of its Vision 2030. This is done by presenting the experiences of King Abdulaziz University and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. The study reached a number of findings, the most important of which include: the university’s commitment to increasing publication and citation rates among faculty members to promote creativity and excellence. Additionally, it has provided various programs that support cognitive creativity, as well as supporting innovators and funding emerging institutions. Based on these findings, the following recommendations were presented: establishing partnerships with leading global companies in the fields of technology and innovation, and enhancing international academic collaboration through exchange programs with prestigious global universities. Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة دور الجامعة الافتراضية السورية كنموذج عربي رائد في تعزيز ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الرقمية بين طلابها، من خلال تحليل برامجها التعليمية، وآليات دعمها للمشروعات الريادية الرقمية. تعتمد الدراسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي يستند إلى مراجعة الأدبيات الأكاديمية والتقارير الرسمية الصادرة عن الجامعات الافتراضية العربية. توصلت النتائج إلى أن الجامعة الافتراضية السورية أسهمت في تطوير بيئة رقمية محفزة للابتكار عبر دمج مفاهيم الريادة في التعليم الإلكتروني، غير أن التحديات التقنية والبنيوية لا تزال تتطلب تعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات التعليمية والقطاع الخاص لتحقيق التكامل المطلوب في بناء جيل ريادي رقمي. كلمات مفتاحية: ريادة الأعمال الرقمية – التعليم الافتراضي – الجامعة الافتراضية السورية.
Résumé: This study aims to explore the role of ethical leadership in forming strong and innovative institutions and driving innovation, with a focus on studying the two cases of SABIC and General Motors, as it seeks to understand the relationship between ethical values and the behavior of leaders and how this affects the organization’s culture and decision-making, as leadership plays Ethics play a crucial role in the Success of organizations by building a strong organizational culture based on ethical values and principles. The study reached a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which is that both companies have a unique organizational culture that is greatly influenced by the leadership style followed, which reflects positively on achieving innovation.
