Résumé: إن جريمة النصب والاحتيال كغيرها من الجرائم الاقتصادية في المجتمع أظهرت العديد من الدراسات أنها تحدث نتيجة لتفاعل جملة من العوامل، منها ما يتعلق بالمجتمع الذي يتواجد فيه طرفي الجريمة ومنها ما يتعلق بطرفي الجريمة ذاتهم. وبدءا من بروز الرأي القائل بأن الضحايا لهم دور في حدوث الجريمة فقد أجرينا هذه الدراسة على عدد من ضحايا جريمة النصب والاحتيال بولاية تبسة، حيث اعتمدنا في ذلك على تطبيق مبادئ نظرية الأنشطة الروتينية لتحليل السلوك والعوامل المساعدة على وقوع الافراد ضحايا، ولقد توصلنا لعدة نتائج تؤكد أن سلوك الضحايا والعوامل المحيطة تتسبب في جذب إليهم المجرمين. The crime of fraud and deception, like other crimes in society, has been shown by many studies that it occurs as a result of the interaction of a number of factors, including those related to the society in which both parties to the crime reside, and others related to the two parties to the crime themselves. Starting with the emergence of the opinion that the victims have a role in the occurrence of the crime, we conducted this study on a number of victims of the crime of fraud and deception in the state of Tebessa. where we relied on the application of the principles of the theory of routine activities to analyze the behavior of the victims of this crime, and we reached several results confirming that the behavior of the victims carries A group of signs that attract criminals to them.

Résumé: تعد ظاهرة النصب والاحتيال من أبرز الظواهر الإجرامية التي ازدادت خطورتها المجتمع فهي تهدد أمنه واستقراره وتزيد من حجم الخسائر فيه، ويرجع تزايد هذه الظاهرة لتفاعل مجموعة من العوامل منها ما يرتبط بالضحية والوسط الاجتماعي الذي يتواجد فيه.. وتهدف هذه الدراسة للتعريف بدور الحي السكني وبيئة العمل في وقوع الفرد ضحية للنصب والاحتيال لمعالجة اشكالية مساهمة الوسط الاجتماعي في حدوث التضحية في هذه الجريمةـ، حيث تم الاعتماد المنهج الوصفي "دراسة الحالة" لتلائمه مع طبيعة الموضوع ونوع الدراسة. وقد توصلنا لنتائج منها: أن طبيعة العلاقات الاجتماعية في بيئة العمل قد تزيد من امكانية تعرض الفرد للنصب والاحتيال. وعليه توصي الدراسة الحالية بتوخي الحذر أثناء إقامة العلاقات مع الآخرين خاصة الغرباء منهم.
