Dr. Soufiane is a Professor of Urban planning and sustainable development (Planning Department, Faculty of Earth Sciences, Badji Mokhtar, Annaba University, Algeria. He is currently an Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Urban and Territorial Planning, published in Berlin, Germany. Dr. Soufiane is also a permanent member of the International Union of Geographers.Team Leader "Urban Environments, Landscape and Heritage".Laboratory "Urban and Environmental" from Badji Mokhtar.Annaba University.
