Hamouda Boutaghane is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Hydraulic at Annaba University Algeria. He received his PhD in Hydraulic Engineering, Urban Hydrology in 2014. He developed a new concept to model periurban catchment. His areas of interest include urban hydrology modelling, extreme rainfall analysis and climate change impacts on urban drainage. He is teaching the subjects ‘hydrology’ and ‘river engineering’. Actually, he is the Head of Urban Hydrology Team of Hydraulic and Hydraulic Construction Laboratory.
