Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية استراتيجية تحويل الموارد البشرية (TRH) لشركة "Sonatrach" خلال الفترة ما بين 2019-2021 في تنمية أنشطة البحث والتطوير وتحسين مؤشرات الأداء، حث تم الاعتماد المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لجمع المعلومات حول متغيرات الدراسة والعلاقة بينها، وعلى مهنج دراسة الحالة من خلال تحليل أنواع معامل راس المال المختلفة مثل رأس المال العامل، رأس المال العامل الإجمالي، رأس المال العامل الخاص، رأس المال العامل الأجنبي. كما يتضمن التحليل دراسة بعض المؤشرات المهمة مثل رقم الأعمال والمبيعات، الاستيراد والتصدير. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها مساهمة استراتيجية تحويل الموارد البشرية (TRH) في تنمية أنشطة البحث والتطوير وتحسين مؤشرات الأداء لشركة "Sonatrach" خلال فترة الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أبرزها الاهتمام بإدارة الموارد البشرية الرشيقة تساهم في وضع خطط مالية مرنة تتكيف مع متطلبات الأزمات المعاصرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الموارد البشرية، تحويل الموارد البشرية (TRH)، أنشطة البحث والتطوير، مؤشرات الأداء، شركة "Sonatrach".

Résumé: he study intended to explore the actual situation of barter trade in the Taleb Larbi Free Area in El Oued, and to evaluate how existing constraints have influenced the performance of export promotion during 2020–2022, particularly amid regional and international economic challenges. The study adopted a descriptive–analytical method, enabling the analysis of barter trade based on official data and statistics, and the examination of causes and obstacles. The study reached several findings, most notably the absence of a clear strategic vision for export promotion through these areas, and the vulnerability of barter activity to health and economic crises, which led to a contraction of trade volumes. Several recommendations have been concluded, foremost among them the adoption of a clear national strategy to activate the role of free areas in exports subsidies, and the need to strengthen SMEs by encouraging them to make greater use of barter as a mechanism for exporting their products.

Résumé: The study aims to assess the role of the national committee for monitoring and following up on the COVID-19 virus in managing Algeria’s epidemiological crisis. A model of critical success factors consisting of five elements has been proposed and four outcomes. The coronavirus statistics were relied on during 2020 and 2021, The study concluded that the Scientific Committee’s team for monitoring and following up on the coronavirus crisis has the critical success factors to manage the crisis. The committee was able to develop potential and achieve satisfactory results. The study recommended the need to improve the quality of health services provided to citizens.

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى تقييم تجربة المدرسة العليا للتسيير بعانابة في التعليم عن بعد عبر تقنية قوقل ميت من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بتصميم استبيان مكون من(29) فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد رئيسة، وقد طبق الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية تقدر بـ (101) طالب من طلبة المدرسة محل الدراسة. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى أن تجربة التعليم عن بعد في المدرسة العليا للتسيير عنابة كانت ناجحة من وجهة نظر الطلبة بدرجة تقدير متوسطة (3.21). حيث كان لبعد الأستاذ المرتبة الأولى من حيث المستوى بمتوسط (3.35)، يليه بعد الإدارة بمتوسط (3.32)، ثم بعد الطالب بمتوسط (3.08)، وأخيرا بعد الوسائل والتقنيات بمتوسط (3.07
